… no kidding really mean a cup of cake! Also this experiment is managed successfully and without tragic consequences:) Lol. This is a series of cakes baked in ceramic cups from tea/milk, who do not fear the high oven temperatures, fast and easy to make (as always). Some time ago I bought a book of recipes where there was a microwave mug cake version which I can't seem to convert me, part of me is contrary to the use of this appliance that I know, I would facilitate the life … never say never for now I continue with my hot and slow oven that in these chilly days Brits I heats the room more than normal. The flavor of the cake I made gluten-free is so apparently different from other flours but with gluten or the result is Cool!! Grandma Word;) get ready for a series of experiments in Cup because I anticipate that I got the crap out of it with my favorite radio Rds and Heart London, background, experiments are succeeding.

Ingredients for 4 cups of tea/milk

20 tablespoons of gluten free flour/plain, 10 spoonfuls of sugar, 1 sachet of baking powder, 5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, 5 eggs, 3 tablespoons milk, chocolate chips, herbs (lemon or vanilla), cocoa, 2 apples, cinnamon, cream or custard.


Begin to mix the flour and sugar, add milk, eggs, oil, spices and yeast; Finally add the chopped Apple, cut into small pieces and a few drops of chocolate. Distribute the mixture into four cups riempendole little more than half and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.

Styling: sprinkle with cinnamon and serve with custard or whipped cream.

Secrets: oven temperatures and baking times vary, my advice is when I grew up check that doesn't dry out too much.
