Drinking drinking drinking… Why drink is so boring! I meant drink water… 😀
Without water, nothing works. Body and mind are weak, but I’m not here to make the list of benefits of water because we know them well.
We all know the rule of eight glasses of water a day; but it is not a limit, should drink more water during the day.
I drink regularly but sometimes it happens to me as well that I have to remember to drink and if I don’t have water on hand to get up to fill a glass of water is a challenge. Then but I recover now because I feel for the negative consequences like fatigue, headache etc.
Drinking water from bottle helps to address this big sacrifice. But from today it will be not boring anymore drink the right daily amount of water.
Lately I have another obsession… I’m in love with water infusion. It’s a real pleasure to drink and it’s a cool idea to serve infused water when to your guests.
Here are some recipes that I usually prepare. The method is the same for all: simply add the following ingredients in a bottle or jug of water and store in the fridge for at least an hour. Longer rests more intense will be the taste, nothing takes away that can be consumed immediately.
