Motherhood is a big change, physically, mentally, and emotionally. Making new friends, reconnecting with yourself, and bonding with your baby is the aim of this class.
With your baby by your side, you can gently exercise to regain strength in your pelvic floor, core and body muscles, correct diastasis recti and posture.
You can also learn how to use your breath and meditate for personal growth and serene motherhood and lifestyle.

CLASS DETAILS

Suitable from 6 weeks after a vaginal birth, or 8 weeks after a c-section, until your baby crawls.
Â
It’s always a good idea to get your doctor’s okay before starting classes – ask if you have Diastasis Recti (separated stomach muscles) so exercises can be tailored safely.
With each class, you’ll build core strength and feel energised and back to your normal self.

If you had a baby a year ago or more and never took a postnatal class, you may not have fully strengthened your pelvic floor or core. In case you have lower back pain, especially after running or exercising, or have a little wee when you laugh, cough, or sneeze, come along to this class – you’ll feel the benefit right away.

A Yoga Mat and Water
A blanket or pillow to lie down your baby and anything you need for your baby
During the class feel free to change and feed your baby.Â
Please eat two hours before or have a light snack.
