Today I was thinking about something that had the aspect of diet food; the lentils are appeared through the shelves of the supermarket … I thought of making a soup, perfect for New Year’s dinner. This recipe is quick and easy and is classified as “last minute”. Hoping that the lentils turning into money, as told the Roman tradition, I recommend to abound the doses … you never know. LoL! It should spend only thirty minutes of our precious time …
Dried lentils, carrots, onions, cherry tomatoes, potatoes, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Cut out roughly the onion, carrots, potatoes and cherry tomatoes (whole) and fry in olive oil for a few minutes; add the previously washed lentils and cook for about 30 minutes from boiling. Blend until you get a cream and sprinkle with black pepper. pepper.
