You know, we’re all on a diet and belli satiated after the Christmas holidays. This does not mean that we have to punish us not deserve even a Scooby snack. We start the 2017 with good intentions and cookies. The recipe that I propose today is so easy that even a child can achieve it, is without sugar, milk, eggs, butter! What are these cookies? Serve only three ingredients that are so well with both large and small.
Step for the recipe without telling you about my day because my mood and a bit down because of the loss of my Gramps died after Christmas. As I already pointed out several times in this blog there’s me, with my mood swings, my feelings, my days and my bad days. I write about food but also about my lifestyle, without wasting my time looking for someone who can represent me and masking. I’m myself, I express myself as best I can do. .. and if I tell you that I’m a down, doesn’t do anything to appear different from what they are today. NonnaCool is a name, an inspiration … it’s me. It is not my intention to annoy you, life goes on and if I think about the grandfather, the first thing that comes to mind is how much he loved eating …!!!
And let’s eat!
Serves about 12 cookies
3 ripe bananas
100 grams of oatmeal
100 grams of raisins
Mash bananas in a bowl until creamy, add the oatmeal and mix well; Finally add the raisins and continue to mix.
Place a spoonful of mixture onto a baking pan and giving it the shape of a cookie. Continue this way until the with yet completed.
Bake cookies in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes or until they are golden brown.
Leave to cool before eating.
Now you can prepare your favourite tea and enjoy your teatime with Nonnacool’s cookies!
Secret: you can replace the raisins with chocolate chips.
I hope you will like the recipe, this is just the first post of this new year … We will spend a long time together and share a passion for food and beyond. About lifestyle, travel, nonnaCool ideas and innovations go hand in hand.
A well deserved thank you to all of you who follow me every day.
