I’m living in one of the most beautiful cities of the world, where every day is a discovery; I turn the corner and find myself catapulted into a completely different world than the previous road if you change direction, change the lifestyle! Everiting, except my family, that I miss of Italy was offset by the news that London offered me especially the variety of food; I’m sure there is not cuisine that does not exist in London, a little world revolves around me. I wake up and I really want to octopus, I have breakfast, I decide what to wear to look at google maps and citymapper, I look at the route and go!! Next Stop in Brixton: one of my favorite district where I often spend time enjoying the variety of food, the coffee, the local shops and markets. Today my visit is fast and targeted to the fresh fish market. I got the octopus!!!
Ingredients
Octopus, baby potatoes, lemon, garlic, parsley, olive oil.
Method
Prepare a hearty broth with onion, carrot and celery, bring to the boil and immerse the Octopus for three times to make curling tentacles; then cook for 40 minutes.
Meanwhile, boil or steam the potatoes when cool cut into four parts and add them to the Octopus previously drained and cut into small pieces.
Season with garlic, lemon juice, parsley, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Sauté a few hours in the refrigerator before serving.
Serve and enjoy!
With love …
Ross
