The cauliflower pizza is a great find! It’s a very easy recipe, perfect for the curious and for people like me who follow a gluten-free diet. It is perfect for children who pottranno eat your vegetables in a fun way. The taste is very intense and has a nice texture, which is hard to get when cooking without gluten. Need a few ingredients and even a short time like most of my recipes. Also we can eat it guilt-free because it’s very light and you can binge on forever.
I made the pizza of cavofiore last week, but only today I can write the post with the recipe because I was very busy, day flying and the weekend I had the bad idea to go and do some shopping on Oxford Street in London. Speaking of that, I wanted to tell you that I have a block from shopping! But how is that possible?! In my opinion too many decorations, people, too much of everything in one of the most famous streets in London, in addition at Christmas time. Maybe I’m getting old, or perhaps the food gave me head and I have in mind only ingredients and no more shoes, clothes etc. will I’m sure.
Sorry for the outburst, now I close me in my cabbage recipe, that is with the cabbage I meant. Lol!
Ingredients for two pizzas
2 cauliflower of life media
2 eggs
4 tablespoons rice flour
grilled vegetables as desired
mozzarella
Parmesan cheese
tomato pulp
Basil, oregano, salt.
Procedure:
Clean cauliflower by removing the green leaves and cut coarsely removing the most twin, the middle one.
Blend, with a food processor or a blender, cauliflowers along with rice flour, salt, and egg to form a sort of dough.
After you place the dough on a baking pan and form two compact and homogeneous bases.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 gr bases for about 15/20 minutes, until they are golden brown.
Season the tomato cauliflower bases with a layer of seasoned with olive oil, oregano, Basil and salt, with grilled vegetables, mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese. Bake the pizzas for another ten minutes until the mozzarella is not dissolved.
Advice to cut pizzas after a few minutes, when they will be warm and not too hot.
Heck this recipe is super easy!
Secrets: Add a little Parmesan to hell before it is blended.
Styling: be creative with any taste and serve as an aperitif.
With Love
