That good pumpkin!!

To write a post with all the good stuff that you can do with pumpkin, I’d spent two days at least and I could never write anything; in this place I have grouped some baked pumpkin recipes with different ingredients. Unfortunately, there aren’t any photos because often devoured without doing a photo before.
The Pumpkins used are mainly two, that round and that long that I know as butternut.
This dish can be a antipastto, a side dish for those with me me even snack especially if it a surplus!
All easy, we take advantage of these great pumpkins that we orbit and make a good use of it, is appropriate to say.
ROASTED PUMPKIN WITH PAPRIKA
Ingredients
- pumpkin
- garlic
- paprika
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt and parsley
Proceedings
Cut the pumpkin into large slices and thick, there is no need to remove the Peel, simply just delete the pips. Arrange the slices on a baking sheet or large non-stick covered with baking paper and season with salt, garlic, parsley and a drizzle of olive oil on each slice. Put in the oven and cook until it becomes soft, you will understand when the fork is easily infilerá. Once cooked sprinkle paprika on the surface and in fornate for a minute, not more otherwise the paprika will become black.
ROASTED PUMPKIN FLAVORED WITH ROSEMARY
Ingredients
- pumpkin
- Rosemary
- garlic
- oil
- salt, pepper
- extra virgin olive oil
Proceedings
Same procedure of the pumpkin with paprika, replace parpika with branches of fresh rosemary to be placed on all slices before cooking.
TURMERIC BAKED PUMPKIN
Ingredients
- Pumpkin
- Turmeric
- Oil
- Garlic
- Salt
Proceedings
Cut the pumpkin as the previous recipes and add salt, garlic and bake. In a glass prepare a mixture with one or two teaspoons of turmeric, parsley and olive oil, mix well and brush the mixture over pumpkin half cooking and bake again.
ROASTED PUMPKIN BACON AND ROSEMARY
Ingredients
- Pumpkin
- pancetta, thinly sliced
- Rosemary
- garlic
- parsley
- salt, pepper
Proceedings
Cut the pumpkin, add salt, parsley, pepper, garlic and bake. Almost cooked add Bacon slices on each slice of pumpkin and finish cooking.
ROASTED PUMPKIN HONEY CINNAMON AND CLOVES
Ingredients
- Pumpkin
- cinnamon
- honey
- Chidi cloves
- butter
- Salt
Proceedings
Cut the pumpkin and place them on the baking sheet. Prepare a mixture with butter, cinnamon, honey, garofalo nails and salt; dissolve all ingredients in butter and sprinkle the mixture over pumpkin. Bake in the oven until the fork is easily infilerá.
180 to 200 degrees oven temperature secret, don’t expect me to get too soft, it’s always nice to have a consistency a little more hard.
Styling: serve as a side dish or as an accompaniment to a taglliere of cheeses and meats and of course red wine.
