I admit that until recently the salad made me sad and eat it made me feel a goat grazing always hungry, until I decided to give color and flavor enriching the sad green leaves with colorful and tasty ingredients. I show you a parade of dishes made with ingredients easy to find and why not with what we have available in the house for a salad last minute. And if I tell you to eat fruit and salad together …? Everything is possible if you want to experiment and to put at risk our taste buds! Honestly speaking, the salads are welcome from Monday to Saturday morning, then I enjoy the calories in the weekend … Happy salads to everybody!!!!!
